OUR STORY
I have always loved to bake. It was nothing for me to bring a cake to church or work, just because. But a full cake was too much. Often it would just go to waste. One weekend I was out running errands and decided that I would stop at the local bakery to get some cake. The line was OUT THE DOOR-LITERALLY! I didn’t even park my car! I thought to myself-”now this is dumb!” I can bake and enjoy doing it. Why would I stand in line for baked goods when I can make my own, which would taste better than what I could buy? I tried out a number of different recipes on family and friends to determine which I thought was the best tasting and most moist. And from there the concept for Just Enough Cakes was born. Just enough cake to satisfy your taste.
